Create and manage your account

How can I create an account at Sevens Nutrition?

It's very easy: click on the user icon (top right of the website).

You only need your name, email, password, and address.

You'll receive a confirmation email, and that's it! You're now part of the Sevens universe

I've forgotten my password, what do I do?

No problem.

Go to the login page and click on "Forgot your password?".

You will receive an email with a link to reset it.

If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder, as sometimes they hide there.

Can I change my address or my personal details?

Yes, of course. Log into your account, go to "Account Information" or "Addresses", and there you can modify your personal data, passwords, or shipping addresses.

Remember to save your changes before exiting.

Can I have multiple saved addresses?

Yes. You can add as many as you need (home, work, town, etc.).

When you place an order, you just need to select where you want us to send it to.

How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, please write to us at hello@sevensnutrition.com with the subject line "Delete Sevens account."

We will process your request in accordance with data protection regulations and will confirm via email once it's done.

Why can't I access my account?

Make sure you're using the same email you used to create it.

If you still can't log in, try resetting your password.

Discounts and promotions

Where can I enter my discount code?

Just before finalizing your purchase, on the shopping cart or payment screen, you will see a field that says “Discount code” .

Write it there, press "Apply" and you'll see the new price instantly.

Can I use more than one code in the same order?

No, the codes are not cumulative.

You can only apply one per purchase, so choose the one that benefits you most.

My coupon isn't working, what can I do?

Check that the code is spelled correctly (without extra spaces or capital letters) and that it has not expired.

If it still doesn't work, email us at hello@sevensnutrition.com with a screenshot and we'll help you apply it manually.

Do the discounts also apply to bundles or discounted products?

It depends on the promotion.

Some campaigns are not compatible with items that are already discounted or in a bundle.

But don't worry: we always indicate it clearly to avoid surprises in the shopping cart.

Do the discounts have an expiration date?

Yes, all coupons have an expiration date, which we always indicate next to the code or in the promotion message.

What are the advantages of subscribing to the newsletter?

At the bottom of every email you will find the option "Unsubscribe".

How can I sign up for the newsletter?

You can easily subscribe from the footer of our website (where it says "Sign up for the newsletter") or when creating your Sevens account.

You just need to leave your email and confirm your subscription.

I'm not receiving your emails, what should I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder (sometimes they get lost there).

If you still don't receive them, add our address Add hello@sevensnutrition.com to your contact list.

And if the problem persists, write to us so we can review it with you.

I can't log in to my account, what do I do?

First, check that you are using the same email address you registered with.

If the problem persists, try resetting your password from the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.

I've changed my email address and I'm no longer receiving notifications.
