Shipping Policy

At Sevens Nutrition, we work to ensure your orders arrive quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below we outline our shipping conditions.


1. Order Processing

Processing time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation is received.

Business days: Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We work with reliable carriers to provide efficient delivery service. The selection of the carrier will depend on the destination and the type of shipping selected.

You will receive a notification with your shipping details once your order has been processed.


3. Shipping Destinations

Delivery areas: We currently ship to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
At this time, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

If you wish to place an order from another country, please contact us at Hello@sevensnutrition.com to check availability.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the name of the carrier so you can track your package in real time.

You can check the shipping status on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.


5. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express shipping: 24–48 hours (available at an additional cost)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery address and the selected shipping method.


6. Additional Policies

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at Hello@sevensnutrition.com so we can assist you with the tracking.

In cases of incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.

Sevens Nutrition is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions, public holidays, carrier strikes, etc.).
