Return and Refund Policy

At Sevens Nutrition, we want your shopping experience to be completely satisfying. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to help.


1. Return Policy

Return Period

You may request the return of any product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • It must not show any damage or alterations caused by improper use or handling.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may return it at no additional cost. In such cases, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.


2. How to Make a Return

  1. Request the return: Email us at Hello@sevensnutrition.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive instructions: Our team will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

  3. Send the package: Drop off the package at the indicated courier service or schedule a pickup.


3. Refund Policy

Refund Conditions

  • If the returned product is in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund of the product cost.

  • If the product shows signs of damage or use, Sevens Nutrition reserves the right to apply a partial deduction from the refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, Sevens Nutrition will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeframe

Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.


4. Additional Conditions

  • Sevens Nutrition will not accept returns beyond the stated period.

  • Returns of opened or used products will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • If the product does not meet the return requirements, the refund may be partial or denied.
