How can I place an order at Sevens Nutrition?
It's so easy: just choose your favorite supplements, add them to your cart, and follow the steps to checkout. In just a few clicks, your order will be on its way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the most convenient and secure methods: credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) , PayPal , Google Pay and Shop.
Don't worry, all payments are processed with encrypted security systems.
I placed an order but I haven't received a confirmation email, what should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder (sometimes they hide there).
If you can't find it, write to us at hello@sevensnutrition.com with your name and the email address you used when placing your order. We'll help you right away.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it's confirmed?
We try to prepare orders very quickly, so we can only make changes if the order hasn't been shipped yet . Please email us as soon as possible at hello@sevensnutrition.com with your order number and we'll review it with you.
I entered my address incorrectly, what can I do?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can fix it without any problem.
If it's already out for delivery, don't worry: just write to us at hello@sevensnutrition.com and we'll find the best solution with the transport agency.
Can I place orders from outside of Spain?
For now, we ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
If you're abroad, write to us anyway: sometimes we find a way to get it to you.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. We will send you your invoice by email once the order is complete.
If you need it in the name of a company or with a tax ID number, write to us at hello@sevensnutrition.com and we'll send it to you right away.
Can I use more than one discount code on the same order?
No, the codes cannot be combined.
But you can save the one you don't use, because we keep launching promotions throughout the year.
Shipping and delivery times
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders usually arrive within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs €3.99, but for a limited time, we're shipping it to you for free!
Do you ship to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, or outside of Spain?
We currently ship to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands .
If you live outside those areas, write to us at hello@sevensnutrition.com and we'll let you know if there are any options available.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to the shipping company.
From there you can see where your package is.
What happens if I'm not home when the order arrives?
Don't worry. The shipping company will call you, and if they can't reach you, they'll leave a notification or email you to arrange a new delivery.
You can also contact them directly with your tracking number.
Can I choose the delivery time slot?
At the moment, we cannot guarantee a specific time slot, but you can leave a comment with your preferences when placing the order or contact the shipping agency when you receive the shipping notification.
My order hasn't arrived and the deadline has passed, what do I do?
First, check the tracking email.
If you see any issues or it hasn't moved for several days, email us at hello@sevensnutrition.com with your order number and we'll resolve it right away.
Exchanges and returns
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, of course. We accept returns within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and shows no damage or alterations.
Just write to us at hello@sevensnutrition.com and we'll explain the steps. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Send us a photo of the package or product to hello@sevensnutrition.com along with your order number, and we will provide a solution as soon as possible.
How do I process a return or refund?
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in good condition, we will issue the refund using the same payment method you used when making the purchase.
How will I know if my refund has been processed?
We will send you an email once we have received and verified your return.
After that, the refund will appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
