Wellness and supplements
Here we answer the most common questions about our supplements: how to take them, combine them, or choose the one that best suits you.
How to take your supplements?
When is the best time to take my supplements?
It depends on the type of supplement, but the most important thing is consistency.
Some work best in the morning, others at night, and many you can take at any time of day.
If you're not sure, you can check the product page where we tell you everything or write to us: we'll help you integrate them into your routine.
Should I take them with food or on an empty stomach?
In general, it is best to take them with a meal or after eating , especially those that contain fat-soluble vitamins (such as A, D, E and K).
Those of a more digestive type (such as detox or probiotics ) usually work better on an empty stomach .
You can check the product page to find out exactly how to take each of your supplements.
What happens if I forget one day?
Nothing serious.
Do not double your dose the next day; simply continue your routine as normal.
Long-term consistency is key: supplements work best with daily regularity, not by taking more at once.
Can I take my supplements with coffee, juice, or smoothies?
It depends on the product, but generally yes .
Even so, some ingredients are better absorbed with water, and others may lose effectiveness if you mix them with coffee or very hot drinks.
If you want to be sure, check out our product page, where we tell you everything.
How long do I have to take them?
That depends on the goal and the supplement.
Some can be taken all year round, while others work better during specific periods.
You can check the details of each product or write to us and we will advise you on the ideal duration according to your needs.
Ingredients and quality
Where do the ingredients for your products come from?
We select ingredients from top-quality suppliers , both national and international, always prioritizing purity, traceability, and effectiveness.
Each raw material undergoes quality controls before arriving at our laboratory, to ensure that it meets the most demanding European standards.
Are your supplements natural?
Yes, whenever possible we choose natural or plant-based ingredients, and avoid the use of unnecessary additives.
We like supplements to be simple, clean, and effective.
Do they contain gluten, lactose, or allergens?
Most of our supplements are gluten-free and lactose-free, and you'll find this detailed information on each product page.
We also clearly indicate whether they are suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
If you have a specific allergy or intolerance, we recommend always checking the labels or contacting us before purchasing.
Are your products suitable for vegans or vegetarians?
Many of them are.
For example, our Algae Oil Omega 3 is 100% plant-based, as are several of our capsule supplements.
On each product page, you will find the corresponding icon (vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.) to easily identify it.
Where are Sevens supplements manufactured?
All our products are manufactured in Spain under strict quality and safety controls .
We work with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certified laboratories to ensure that every supplement meets the highest standards.
Do you use artificial colorings or preservatives?
No.
Our products do not contain artificial colors or unnecessary preservatives.
If we use any aroma or color, it is always of natural origin and is clearly indicated on the label.
How do you guarantee the quality of the supplements?
Each batch undergoes laboratory analysis and controls to verify purity, potency, and safety.
Furthermore, all our suppliers must comply with European quality certifications.
In summary: what you read on the label is exactly what you get.
Results and consistency
How long does it take to see the effects?
It depends on the supplement and on each person (not all bodies respond the same).
You can find this information on each product page, where we tell you everything.
The important thing is consistency : supplements work best when you take them regularly, not just for a few days.
Do supplements replace a good diet or rest?
Supplements are a complement, not a substitute.
They work best when you already prioritize your diet, rest, and overall well-being.
Think of them as a boost, not a shortcut.
Safety and recommendations
Can I take supplements if I have an illness or medical condition?
If you are undergoing treatment or have been diagnosed with an illness, it is always best to consult your healthcare professional before starting.
Some ingredients can interact with certain medications, and each case is different.
At Sevens, we are committed to responsible health. If you have any doubts, ask before taking anything.
Can I take supplements if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
During pregnancy or breastfeeding, you should only take supplements recommended by your doctor or midwife.
Your well-being (and your baby's) always comes first.
Are they safe for everyone?
Yes, our supplements are formulated with safe ingredients and dosages recommended for general consumption.
Even so, there are special situations (pregnancy, medication, illnesses…) in which it is advisable to adapt the routine with professional help.
Safety comes first, that's why each product has its warnings clearly indicated.
What happens if I take more than the recommended amount?
It's okay if you forget and accidentally take a double dose one day, but it is not advisable to do so regularly.
The indicated doses are designed to provide maximum benefit without exceeding safe limits.
More is not always better.
Where can I find information if I have questions about my case?
You can write to us at hello@sevensnutrition.com or leave your inquiry through the contact form.
If it's something specific to health, we advise you to consult with a professional who knows your medical history.
How should I store the supplements?
Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct light.
Avoid bathroom or kitchen humidity, as it can affect their preservation.
And, of course, keep them out of reach of children and animals.
